“ON BOARDING” service included in all room models. It includes:
- Pick up and transfer the first and last day to the residence with private vehicle from the place of arrival or departure (airport / AVE).
- Integration in the city. Accompaniment to know and place the resident in the main places of the city (University, health center, etc).
- Administrative management. Accompaniment for the management of the documentation that is required by the resident: town hall, health card, banks, travel card (bicycle, bus), etc.
- Personalized kitchenware kit upon arrival at the Covid Protocol residence, (plates, glasses, cutlery etc.)
